A graduate from the Illinois Institute of Technology - Institute of Design, Paul Herrold comes to the design field with a heavy emphasis on mechanical engineering.  Because of this, there is an underlying passion to make sure that every little detail not only looks right but absolutely works and fits right as well. 

Throughout his studies, Paul has worked on many design projects including the schooner ship climbing structure exhibit for the Chicago Children's Museum at Navy Pier which, even today, is still the most visited exhibit at the museum.  In addition, Paul has won design awards ranging from the Industrial Designers Society of America Chapter Merit Award to the prestigious Lake County "Tour of Homes", Best Kitchen of 2008 Award. 

As part-time faculty at the Harrington College of Design in Chicago, Paul has taught classes including materials in the kitchen, lighting design, features and accessories, and of course, kitchen design. 

Today, Paul continues to bring his design excellence to the kitchen.  With a client list ranging from high-end builders and interior designers to multi-unit condo contractors and home owners, every kitchen design is treated the same with the utmost focus around the customer and their needs.
